Did a call for A/C service, came out next day. They had to order a new part. Part came in quickly. They were back out 2 days and had us back up and running. They were very efficient and courteous. Will use them again.

The same plumber returned on September 2nd for an emergency call, and we are greatful for his thorough investigation of the problem. He was able to detect an issue related to our AC unit that was under warranty. A big thanks to him and to the AC technician who came out to service the issue SAME day!

Jim showed up way earlier than expected,checked everything to rule out multiple problems,did diagnostic check and found out it was a bad breaker and was extremely professional and knowledgeable

We recently purchased a home in Satsuma, tried another company and was not pleased with there rates or service. Then we found Artic Air, we have used them for three different service calls and have been extremely happy with the service from the office personnel to the field technicians.
