I was skeptical at first because I didn’t get the Technician that I wanted and requested however after Chris explanation of my unit I gain confidence that he was knowledgeable, he explained things that wasn’t done by others. I now appreciate his thorough service and would like to request him going forward.

Artic air came out for our annual check-up of our AC system. The technician was on time and contacted us several times that morning to update us on his arrival. Eric was so professional and friendly. We felt we were in good hands with him doing his job efficiently and he kept up pleasant conversation with us the entire time. We even learned some things about our system and how it worked.

Peter is a great tech. This is our first visit with Peter. As always any of our experiences with Artic Air has been great and Peter was right up there with the best of them. Thanks Artic Air and thanks Peter.

Updated 10/3/25 Steve Kiener was very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. He was a pleasure to have in our home and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a maintenance. I'd hire him myself I'd I owned a business. He's also handsome and very careful with keeping your house clean. He cleaned up behind himself the whole time.

Ryan was our tech this time and he is one of our favorites. Great service, professional, timely and wonderful personality. All your techs are great! We don't want to forget Erica. She is always so helpful and kind and treats us like family. Thank you Artic Air for all you do.

10-27-26 Josh was very punctual, professional, and pleasant. He explained what he was going to do and started to systematically check all indoor and outdoor components. Josh is very respectful and takes the necessary time to explain the process. Josh explained that Artic has the ability to enhance the system with surge protectors (Inside & Outside). We are looking into adding those to our system.

Oct 2026 - Maintenance done. Again, great service! I am very happy with this company. They now offer other services that I’ve used and still receive the best customer service. I’ve used their electrical and plumbing services. And when I need septic services I will be using them for that also.

2023 - I hired this company a year ago for my a/c needs. They were professional and did a great job. They came out a year later to check my system. Again, professional and respectful.

Fall 2026 Service for vapor cycle air conditioning service. Reese came to my house once again and provided top-notch service. He was meticulous, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional! He's a highly skilled tradesman who works for a company I trust! See you in the Spring, Sir! (side note: What appears to be a high cost was for scheduled component replacement and a capacitor. No worries!)
