OK, during this last cold spell, I had problems with my unit. Called Arctic AC and they were out within hours of me calling Steven was the technician, can’t say enough about how polite knowledgeable and efficient. Stephen was. Arctic air will be my go to company from here on out. Thank you, Stephen and thank you to the girls in the office they were all great.

It finally was time to change my Air conditioner after going on 27 years. Artic air sent out Stewart and Alan who were very professional and it was an overall great experience using Artic Air.

Alan and Stewart came and did an excellent, very efficient job. They was very quiet, never even woke either baby one time. They cleaned up there area perfectly and left everything looking better than they found it! My dogs even stopped barking pretty quickly and that never happens! Thank you so much for a wonderful installation!!

Steve Kiener was our technician. He was very knowledgeable and always kept his shoe covers on even though I told him he didn't need them. Hope he's my tech next time. First time service was A class! Peter came for my second annual service. These guys are great. They are straight up honest with you and overly polite which I'm sure customers appreciate. Got another part repaired and renewed my contract for service for this next year. 5 stars again!
