Eric Allen with Arctic Air provided outstanding service to our office on 08/06/2026. He was extremely thorough in completing his work and took the time to clearly explain what had been done, as well as what improvements would help our air conditioning system perform better in the future.

Eric was friendly, professional, and very easy to work with. He was pleasant to talk to throughout the entire visit and maintained a positive attitude the whole time. He also took the time to answer questions and ensure that our options are understood without any pressure.

Very professional. Our system was completely frozen and he opened it up and let it thaw for several hours, returning once it was thawed and fixed our problem. Very polite. Would highly recommend!

My experience with Artic Air was great. Stephen at Artic Air is very professional and has extensive knowledge of HVAC. He did an operational check up and explained to me how my air conditioning unit was working and how to improve its efficiency and areas of concern such as the capacitor. Along with photos to show me the areas of concern. I am very happy with the servicing of my air conditioner and would highly recommend Artic Air. I will be calling on them for other services they offer.

Josh with Arctic Air was very professional, arrived on time, showed me what was needed, and set me up for my next visit. I paid for a yearly maintenance visit for a total of $249 so $125 for this visit.

My wife and I are closing on a home soon and thought (last minute mind you) that maybe we should have the plumbing looked at as a precaution. Austin arrived the day after scheduling and snaked the lines with a camera to give us peace of mind for our new (older) home. He was very curtious and thorough with explaining the service he performed today. I'm 700 miles away, currently and he kept me in the loop. And that was much appreciated. I Will definitely be using Artic Air for our future needs.
