Our technician, Chris, alerted us that he was so many minutes out and showed up at that time. He was very courteous, professional and efficient. We also had a UV light installed and several other parts added, which will increase our living comfort.I recommend Arctic care and I also recommend asking for Chris when you call thank you Chris!

He's also handsome and very careful with keeping your house clean. He cleaned up behind himself the whole time. Ryan was our tech this time and he is one of our favorites.
