Artic air came out for our annual check-up of our AC system. The technician was on time and contacted us several times that morning to update us on his arrival. Eric was so professional and friendly. Josh is very respectful and takes the necessary time to explain the process. Josh explained that Artic has the ability to enhance the system with surge protectors (Inside & Outside). Oct 2026 - Maintenance done. Again, great service! I am very happy with this company. They now offer other services that I’ve used and still receive the best customer service. I’ve used their electrical and plumbing services. And when I need septic services I will be using them for that also.
