We're here on vacation and showed up to our Airb&b with no working AC. Our Airb&b host got Artic air to come look. They worked diligently and made sure we got our ac up and running. Now we can continue to enjoy ourselves! Thanks Artic Air!!!

Eric, Nick and his partner came out and did a great job with our air service. Not only did they do a great job, but they were incredibly nice and knowledgeable.

Eric with Artic Air was phenomenal. Not only did the poor guy wait for me to get home yesterday because the arrival window was kind of a big time frame. Prior to showing up he called me to lemme know he was close to arriving at my house. I was running behind and he said no worries, he was taking a quick lunch while waiting for me to arrive, just waiting in my drive way for me to show. I must have been within 5-10 miles from being back and I got called into work….

He rescheduled very abruptly. He assured me it was no worries and to “handle my affairs”. The same guy put me on his first stop today and was back in a jiffy the following day. Very courteous, patient, great sense of humor and the guy knows what he’s doing when it comes to AC’s or AC repair. If you’re in Putnam county and experiencing some climate control issues, I wouldn’t hesitate to pick up the phone and call Artic Air. Ask for Eric if he’s available. Super friendly and he was very efficient and thorough with his work too! 10/10 experience. Way to go Artic Air ❄️ ⛄️

Josh from Arctic air came out because our air conditioner had quit working. He was very professional, and courteous He took the time to explain everything that he was doing and gave us a lot of good advice on what to fix now and what could wait

The technician was very thorough and did a great job with our maintenance as usual.

Steve balkham was our representative. He came the next day early in the morning and repaired our air conditioner. He was very polite and friendly. He was knowledgeable and explained everything carefully to us. We purchased package service package so that hopefully this will not happen again. He explained the service package to us and exactly what he was going to do on the repairing the the motor. We were very pleased with his service
