The same plumber returned on September 2nd for an emergency call, and we are greatful for his thorough investigation of the problem. He was able to detect an issue related to our AC unit that was under warranty. A big thanks to him and to the AC technician who came out to service the issue SAME day!

Jim showed up way earlier than expected,checked everything to rule out multiple problems,did diagnostic check and found out it was a bad breaker and was extremely professional and knowledgeable

We recently purchased a home in Satsuma, tried another company and was not pleased with there rates or service. Then we found Artic Air, we have used them for three different service calls and have been extremely happy with the service from the office personnel to the field technicians.

Our AC wasn’t working in our river house and it was 90 degrees inside when we walked in!! I called Artic Air in East Palatka and Stephen came out, diagnosed the problem and had us cooling off again in no time!! Stephen was very nice and extremely knowledgeable about HVAC systems. Eric was very informative when checking my system for the noise I was hearing which seemed to be contactor pulling in when system starts up. He was very professional and helpful in explaining the compressor savor that I will consider installing at a later date. Thank you, Eric, for your assistance in figuring out the noise and for your patience while you explained everything.

You guys are always quick to respond and get appointments scheduled as soon as possible—usually the same day I call or first thing the next morning.

Your service is always prompt, professional, and honest. I especially appreciate that you never charge me for something I don’t need. Recently, a technician came out, discovered that a wire had become disconnected, promptly fixed it, and only charged me the service call fee.

I cannot express how grateful I am to have found a company I can truly rely on. It’s hard to find that level of honesty, professionalism, and customer service these days.

We were having problems with the drainage system managing the discharge from the washing machine. Austin came out, quickly resolved the issue to my satisfaction and did so with a pleasant and courteous attitude. Very professional! Have used Artic Air for years and always had a really good experience! Highly recommend for quality work. Our electrical technician, Kyle Bradford, was professional, knowledgeable and completed the task of changing out our amperage in the breaker box without any issues.

Austin was spectacular in repairing or pressure issues with the water lines. Demonstrated how to keep pathway clean and advised a water treatment system be added to prevent scale. Only issue I had was he did not finish washing my dishes. Lol.

Definitely will continue with Arctic Air and glad they are now air/water/electric.

Just had our first visit with Artic Air. Aaron was most informative and explained all of our options with pictures so that we could understand what our ac needed. He was most professional and courteous. He represents Artic Air with knowledge and most of all we felt he was honest. We've used other ac companies before and wish we'd have found them sooner. AC Tech Josh, performed preventative maintenance. Was very knowledgeable thorough, courteous. Overall very pleased with the service.

Our A/C wasn’t keeping up with the heat. Turning on our oven to roast kept raised the temperature 5 degrees in the house for the rest of the day. So, we called and they sent Eric the next morning. He had everything cleaned and fixed up for us in about an hour. Thank you Eric!!

After 20+ years the fan bearings are starting to fail and our coil is leaking. So, our AC is finally able to be replaced and Stephen helped us understand why and got someone out the next day to help us purchase a new unit.

Thanks Chris, for the semi annual HVAC inspect and service. Thorough A frame cleaning caught algae- mold starting from below, installed a second UV lamp to correct future problems. Chris showed me all his findings visibly, explained everything and offered best options for fixing the issue.

Reese Taylor is just Absolutely awesome in regards to professionalism and Customer Service!! He is one of the most knowledgeable technicians in AC Repair and Maintenance that I've met. His skill, talent and expertise is quite impressive coupled with his calm, confident, competent demeanor. When Reese comes to "Service" our AC System, I have the upmost confidence in his technical skills, ability and advice. I know that he only recommends products that will protect and benefit the longevity of our unit to provide quality air control and safeguard the unit from the impeding elements. My trust in Reese's advice and skill is Absolute! He's always our "First Choice" for Maintenance Service. It was another great service from Artic Air serviced by Reese Taylor today. Firstly, Reese is punctual and gets right to work once he greeted us. He spent quality time thoroughly checking and servicing the AC unit to keep our unit in peak running condition for the upcoming summer months. Reese is a very polite, professional, skilled, talented, knowledgeable, hardworking, thoughtful and considerate person. He goes the extra mile to ensure that we are satisfied with the job he did. He recommended the UV Bulb changed and put in the replacement, even though he had already finished his work on the unit. It was a great job from Reese Taylor who represents Artic Air so it incredibly! We appreciate Reese and Artic Air! Thank You!

Today, October 22, 2024, Reece Taylor performed a thorough and extensive maintenance check on our AC Unit. He then explained that our unit would run more efficiently and could avoid future issues by recommending the replacement of our current capacitor, which was working way below standard, and installing a Turbo Capacitor and a Sure Switch, which he was able to install today. Reece is so polite and thoughtful and honestly explains everything that is needed to keep our unit functioning properly. I trust him implicitly and always take his advice to heart and follow his recommendations. He is a very skilled, talented, hardworking, competent young man. I know when Reece comes to inspect our AC Unit that I can rely on his expertise and professionalism. This was another great visit from Reece Taylor who professionally represents Artic Air so well. Thank you so much Artic Air for employing such an amazing technician. We are customers for life!

My technician, Austin, arrived on time, was very professional, polite and knew what he was talking about! It can sometimes feel intimidating as a woman seeking handyman services (or in this particular instance, plumbing), but Austin never made me feel pressured at all! If you need any plumbing services, definitely give Artic Air a call!

Eric has been fantastic, he’s come out to do both the regular maintenance on our unit along with a repair once it stopped blowing cold.

He walked me through the entire repair process, made sure i understood everything and was very reasonable in terms of pricing. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to come out and take care of such an important piece of my home.

My experience with Artic Air was great. Stephen at Artic Air is very professional and has extensive knowledge of HVAC. He did an operational check up and explained to me how my air conditioning unit was working and how to improve its efficiency and areas of concern such as the capacitor. Along with photos to show me the areas of concern. I am very happy with the servicing of my air conditioner and would highly recommend Artic Air. I will be calling on them for other services they offer.

Josh with Arctic Air was very professional, arrived on time, showed me what was needed, and set me up for my next visit. I paid for a yearly maintenance visit for a total of $249 so $125 for this visit.

My wife and I are closing on a home soon and thought (last minute mind you) that maybe we should have the plumbing looked at as a precaution. Eric with Artic Air was phenomenal. Not only did the poor guy wait for me to get home yesterday because the arrival window was kind of a big time frame. Prior to showing up he called me to lemme know he was close to arriving at my house. I was running behind and he said no worries, he was taking a quick lunch while waiting for me to arrive, just waiting in my drive way for me to show. I must have been within 5-10 miles from being back and I got called into work….

He rescheduled very abruptly. He assured me it was no worries and to “handle my affairs”. The same guy put me on his first stop today and was back in a jiffy the following day. Very courteous, patient, great sense of humor and the guy knows what he’s doing when it comes to AC’s or AC repair. If you’re in Putnam county and experiencing some climate control issues, I wouldn’t hesitate to pick up the phone and call Artic Air. Ask for Eric if he’s available. Josh from Arctic air came out because our air conditioner had quit working. He was very professional, and courteous He took the time to explain everything that he was doing and gave us a lot of good advice on what to fix now and what could wait

The technician was very thorough and did a great job with our maintenance as usual.

Steve balkham was our representative. He came the next day early in the morning and repaired our air conditioner. He was very polite and friendly. He was knowledgeable and explained everything carefully to us. We purchased package service package so that hopefully this will not happen again. He explained the service package to us and exactly what he was going to do on the repairing the the motor. We were very pleased with his service

After a recent power outage, my AC stopped working, so I contacted Artic Air. Thankfully, they were able to provide same-day service and the issue was fixed. Their technician, J. Jensen, was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the problems in detail, along with preventative measures for future outages. I’d highly recommend them. 10/10!

My toilet was leaking through the wax seal. Austin went above and beyond to address all previous issues and concerns. I would highly recommend Artic Air as they stand behind their work.

So We came home on one of the hottest days in FL and of course, our AC was not working. 85° inside. And even more frustrating, it is a brand new house, with brand new everything. But things happen and all we can do is deal with it. So I called Artic Air to get it fixed. Jim (our service tech), was able to get to us earlier than expected, he is very professional, friendly, and a pleasure to talk to. He got our AC fixed and cooling the house down very quickly, and the price was reasonable for the repair needed. If you are having trouble with your HVAC, I recommend Artic Air for sure. And maybe you'll be lucky and get Jim!!

On the firs service visit Stephen arrived on time, found the problem very quickly and advised he would need to order a replacement blower motor. The motor arrived early, he returned at the scheduled time and replaced the motor in short order and checked all systems were functioning correctly. As always he was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable and provided excellent service.

Last night- MY landlord, came up and told me that the AC was out and it was Sunday night. We made do through the night and at 0800 - he called Artic Air. He was told that someone would be here between 12-4. Well, Eric the technician was here around 13:15. He was friendly, assessed what was wrong, replaced out the compacitor, rechecked the house and reset the temperature. Eric was very polite, knowledge and got the job done. He was also very pleasant and didn't seem to mind that he had a 4-legged assistant follow him about. Duke the canine assistant was sad to see him go, but happy he could go and find a blowing air vent to cool down by. Thanks for the quick response and we appreciate the cool air.

I had the sad fortune of losing Randy as my guy but was thrilled with the service I received from Steve Kiener. This man is the most respectful and competent service tech I have ever had, bar none. I would be thrilled to have him as my serviceman for many years to come.

Sometimes you are lucky enough to find a company that performs exactly as advertised. Today I had such an experience.

I was in need of a company to service and maintain my heat pump as the company that installed my unit has since gone out of business. My neighbor refered me to Artic Air for they had installed his heat pump and done all the servicing since and he was very happy with the service provided.

Trusting my neighbor's judgment was the best move I have made in a very long time. On the day I called they were able to do my service. Randy was my technician and he was so incredible to work with I have requested they send him to do all my future heat pump servicing. Randy had no problem answering my stupid, layman questions. He was respectful of our needs and our property. He even wore shoe coverings every time he entered our house.

Bottom line, if you are in need of an HVAC expert or even an electrician, don't hesitate to call Artic Air Conditioning and Home Services.

Now for an update. I can't say it any other way. This company is the absolute best HVAC(and so much more) company I have ever worked with. Reese Taylor has been my tech for a full year now and I am so impressed with his knowledge and work ethic. Everyone I have dealt withers been very good at what they do but Reese takes it to a whole new level. I'd give him ten stars if I could!

We recently had our bi-annual HVAC maintenance performed on four office units, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service. Our technician, Reece, spent nearly 10 hours on-site, constantly moving between floors, running up and down stairs, and climbing ladders to access rooftop units. By the end of the day, he probably got more steps in than most fitness trackers can count.

Most importantly, he was thorough, professional, and determined to get everything working properly. He diagnosed and corrected several issues, cleared multiple clogged drain lines, and made sure all four systems were operating as they should before wrapping up.
