Stephen came out for our first maintenance check, and he was very helpful and friendly! He clearly explained everything he was going to do. He was also very diligent about checking everything and with installing surge protectors. I also appreciated that there are different options for how extensive you want the maintenance package to be, depending on your needs and your budget. The services seem pretty affordable, and the benefits of having the ongoing maintenance are very fair. I would recommend this company for anyone with HVAC maintenance needs!

Ryan came out and had to do some additional diagnostics besides replacing the furnace pressure switch. Determined mud daubber nest in the flue and down in the fan blades were also the problem and did a thorough job clearing everything and cleaning afterwards. 12/23/24 - Wesley was very professional and didn't mind that I stayed outside with him while he worked. He explained everything to me in advance, installed needed parts and did some preventative maintenance. 1/11/25 - Reese came out because my heating was tripping the breaker. He told me it was the compressor and was honest about replacing it. He arranged for Mike Pinner to come give me an estimate on a new unit. Mike came by only a couple of hours later. He gave me a very good deal. And this was on a Saturday! 1/13/25 - Brandon Hall and Stewart were here early and installed the new unit, two new electric breakers and a new thermostat. They even cleaned up after themselves inside and outside. I'm very happy with the honesty and service provided by everyone. 1/2/26 - Reese came to do regular maintenance on my HVAC that was installed a year ago. The maintenance was complimentary the first year. He spent 2 hours making sure everything was working properly and cleaning the unit. I'm very happy with his thoroughness.

Arctic Air did a fantastic job with both the diagnostic of my old HVAC system along with the eventual replacement. Chris T was extremely professional and gave me a play-by-play of what he was seeing during all of the diagnostic work, and was happy to educate me along the way. He also did a great job in helping to explain all of the options available once realizing the replacement of the system would be needed. Also for the installation, Stewart and Drew worked extremely hard to make sure that my new system was up and running, and they were also both incredibly professional and easy to work with. I would recommend Arctic Air to any of my family and friends!

Ryan came to our house to check if our thermostat was working correctly. He check the temperature in the house to compare it to what the thermoset said it was off a few degrees and reset it and caulked behind the thermostat to prevent a false reading. He also explained to me the new ac recycle more often than the old units. Very satisficed what Ryan did for us and everything is working fine no.

I purchased a new home in November 2024 Arctic Air installed the HVAC system. I scheduled a maintenance check up and signed up for their biannual maintenance check up program to ensure my system stays healthy. Chris Tyson, was the technician who responded to my maintenance check up appointment. I could not have asked for a better person than Chris. He has a very personable, humorous, and laid-back personality. He seemed to be very detailed oriented because he spent a lot of time inspecting and testing my system and kept me in the loop to make sure I understood everything that was going on. I definitely will ask for Chris on my next appointment in six months. As for the company, excellent communication. They even called me on a Sunday to let me know when Chris would be arriving the next day. The company is always polite and responsive when I call for any reason. Highly recommend Arctic Air and Chris as the technician. Don’t want too many people asking for Chris because he needs to be available to see me in six months!

Our Mitsubishi mini split ( 1 of 2 ) quit blowing ver well. They came out and gave it a maintenance clean but that did not fix it. They came back out another day to call tech support. Took some time but they found the issue and ordered the part. They went out of their way to go pick up the part , over two hours away, so they could get it fixed asap. Really appreciate all they did !

Our AC went out while we were on vacation my mother 3 kids and 3 dogs were home. Travis came out right away for a comfort advisor trip. He was amazing got us the right price and set up our install same day. The installers got here quickly and we're very professional and courteous to my mother and kids. Alan and Drew worked very hard even in the rain to get this installed fast. Overall a fantastic experience i can't say enough good things about Artic Air they really care about people. Update we had a humidity issue and Casey came out and fixed it right up so happy with the service. He was professional and punctual.

I'd hire him myself I'd I owned a business. He's also handsome and very careful with keeping your house clean. He cleaned up behind himself the whole time.
