He spent quality time thoroughly checking and servicing the AC unit to keep our unit in peak running condition for the upcoming summer months. Today, October 22, 2024, Reece Taylor performed a thorough and extensive maintenance check on our AC Unit. He then explained that our unit would run more efficiently and could avoid future issues by recommending the replacement of our current capacitor, which was working way below standard, and installing a Turbo Capacitor and a Sure Switch, which he was able to install today. Reece is so polite and thoughtful and honestly explains everything that is needed to keep our unit functioning properly. I trust him implicitly and always take his advice to heart and follow his recommendations. He is a very skilled, talented, hardworking, competent young man. Had to have my HVAC serviced today due to the connector going out. Called Artic Air and they sent Mr. Reese out right away! He had it diagnosed and repaired in no time and got us back cooling off. Arctic Air did a fantastic job with both the diagnostic of my old HVAC system along with the eventual replacement. Chris T was extremely professional and gave me a play-by-play of what he was seeing during all of the diagnostic work, and was happy to educate me along the way. He also did a great job in helping to explain all of the options available once realizing the replacement of the system would be needed. Also for the installation, Stewart and Drew worked extremely hard to make sure that my new system was up and running, and they were also both incredibly professional and easy to work with. I would recommend Arctic Air to any of my family and friends!

Ryan came to our house to check if our thermostat was working correctly. He check the temperature in the house to compare it to what the thermoset said it was off a few degrees and reset it and caulked behind the thermostat to prevent a false reading. He also explained to me the new ac recycle more often than the old units. Very satisficed what Ryan did for us and everything is working fine no.

I purchased a new home in November 2024 Arctic Air installed the HVAC system. I scheduled a maintenance check up and signed up for their biannual maintenance check up program to ensure my system stays healthy. Chris Tyson, was the technician who responded to my maintenance check up appointment. I could not have asked for a better person than Chris. He has a very personable, humorous, and laid-back personality. He seemed to be very detailed oriented because he spent a lot of time inspecting and testing my system and kept me in the loop to make sure I understood everything that was going on. I definitely will ask for Chris on my next appointment in six months. As for the company, excellent communication. They even called me on a Sunday to let me know when Chris would be arriving the next day. The company is always polite and responsive when I call for any reason. Highly recommend Arctic Air and Chris as the technician. Don’t want too many people asking for Chris because he needs to be available to see me in six months!

Our Mitsubishi mini split ( 1 of 2 ) quit blowing ver well. They came out and gave it a maintenance clean but that did not fix it. They came back out another day to call tech support. Took some time but they found the issue and ordered the part. They went out of their way to go pick up the part , over two hours away, so they could get it fixed asap. Really appreciate all they did !

Our AC went out while we were on vacation my mother 3 kids and 3 dogs were home. Travis came out right away for a comfort advisor trip. He was amazing got us the right price and set up our install same day. The installers got here quickly and we're very professional and courteous to my mother and kids. Alan and Drew worked very hard even in the rain to get this installed fast. Overall a fantastic experience i can't say enough good things about Artic Air they really care about people. The service that was provided for my HVAC system was the most thorough and comprehensive I have ever had. Having lived in Florida most of my life, I am quite familiar with the need for home A/C. Artic Air has replaced the original AC systems that came with the house with high efficiency Trane systems that are too rated for reliability. Also installed Mitsubishi minisplit ductless system in the south bedrooms since they get too warm during summer. Michaels work crews are always on time, wear booties inside and do professional work at a fair price. Very happy and the entire house cool and comfortable during this hot summer. Recommend them to anyone looking for repairs or replacement systems. Update: Chris serviced our salon Super Nails AC yesterday, and did a great job as well.

Update 9-16-25:: as you might guess with all these updates our home is an older one and had a number of issues when we bought it that we are now addressing. Alan and Stewart from Artic Air came to replace our a/c and air handler. The units we had had significant issues and were old enough to make doing repairs like slapping a bandaid over a serious wound. The removal of the old equipment and installation of the new went smoothly and efficiently. Both techs were very pleasant and competent, and we are very pleased with the results. We also had fiberglass insulation blown in over our existing attic batting to increase the R-level. Thank you Artic Air! My 5-star rating is unchanged. Updated 8-27-26: Steve Kiener a maintenance technician for attic air came to inspect our AC unit. He was very thorough in his examination of a 12 year old system and we had a very good conversation of his findings. Needless to say much needs to be done. He even found a small leak in a nearby gas line and made arrangements for the gas company to come out the same day! We are very satisfied with his visit and recommend him and the company highly. Richard D. And Brandon replaced the electrical panel in our house which was out-dated and had a number of ‘problems’. They were on time when they arrived and were done by five. The work done was done professionally and courteously. They did not hesitate in answering our questions or addressing our concerns. Richard was the person sent out initially to look at our system and it made the job flow better because of his prior visit. There are other things that need to be done in the next two days of the job but I have every confidence it will be done correctly and to our satisfaction.

From the moment he arrived until the time he departed, he was a highly professional, extremely courteous, and thoroughly capable technician. Even a little thing like asking and resetting the thermostat to our usual comfort level was very thoughtful. He left entire area he worked in clean and spotless demonstrating pride his work. Chris T. possesses outstanding customer service, which is a dying skill, and needs to be acknowledged. He is excellent representative of the Artic Air family. Steve Kiener performed a routine maintenance for me today. The way that Steve explained things to me I understood exactly what was done and what needs to be done. He's very nice and very professional.

Brandon and all Artic Air associates were great. I received accurate and effective communications on what was needed and when the job could be scheduled. All work was done in a very timely manner and very professionally. All work areas were left very neat and clean. The job was very well done. I would definitely use Artic Air again and would definitely recommend Brandon.
