He spent quality time thoroughly checking and servicing the AC unit to keep our unit in peak running condition for the upcoming summer months. Reese is a very polite, professional, skilled, talented, knowledgeable, hardworking, thoughtful and considerate person. He goes the extra mile to ensure that we are satisfied with the job he did. He recommended the UV Bulb changed and put in the replacement, even though he had already finished his work on the unit. He then explained that our unit would run more efficiently and could avoid future issues by recommending the replacement of our current capacitor, which was working way below standard, and installing a Turbo Capacitor and a Sure Switch, which he was able to install today. Reece is so polite and thoughtful and honestly explains everything that is needed to keep our unit functioning properly.
