He spent quality time thoroughly checking and servicing the AC unit to keep our unit in peak running condition for the upcoming summer months. Reese is a very polite, professional, skilled, talented, knowledgeable, hardworking, thoughtful and considerate person. He goes the extra mile to ensure that we are satisfied with the job he did. He recommended the UV Bulb changed and put in the replacement, even though he had already finished his work on the unit. Today, October 22, 2024, Reece Taylor performed a thorough and extensive maintenance check on our AC Unit. He then explained that our unit would run more efficiently and could avoid future issues by recommending the replacement of our current capacitor, which was working way below standard, and installing a Turbo Capacitor and a Sure Switch, which he was able to install today. Reece is so polite and thoughtful and honestly explains everything that is needed to keep our unit functioning properly. I trust him implicitly and always take his advice to heart and follow his recommendations. He is a very skilled, talented, hardworking, competent young man. Had to have my HVAC serviced today due to the connector going out. Called Artic Air and they sent Mr. Reese out right away! He had it diagnosed and repaired in no time and got us back cooling off. The two gentlemen who installed the new HVAC unit at my mom's house did a great job. They were very professional and efficient. They were very helpful in getting the system controls set up for her wishes. Not anything on them, but waiting on the paperwork showing the warranty (parts and labor) that was mentioned.
