Josh was a great tech, very kind, gave clear explanations about how he was completing the task and findings of system functions. His demeanor was one of kindness and safety , I felt very confident in his completed maintenance on my new unit! Having the next appointment included in the onetime fee for Summer plus a fee inspection of plumbing and electrical as part of it is a bonus and incentive to keep proper maintenance!

I never reviewed last year, when service was installed, but Artic Air is amazing! Three hours after the sales rep came, we had a fully functioning HVAC unit! This morning's check up visit from Ryan was great! He came when he said he would, was informative about the unit, worked quickly, and answered my questions! Highly recommend Artic Air!

I had my heating go out. called Artic air left a message and returned my call next day. Josha came out and fixed the problem. it was the thermostat. he also did a maintenance on the unit. he was very nice and i would recommend Artic air and also Josha to do service for your system. also if u need a new system give them a call

Ryan with Arctic Air was very professional, arrived on time, showed me what was needed, and set me up for filters and for my next visit. I paid for a yearly maintenance visit for a total of $249 so $125 for this visit.

Brandon was very professional loved his work. The price was great. Would request him back again for any other work in the future

We are happy with the services we received. However, when the men were finished, they didn't take all the trash. We are unable to remove it ourselves.

Stewart, Alan, Ronald, Nick, and James were our tech installation team and did a fantastic job. They were thorough and skilled. Ryan came out and had to do some additional diagnostics besides replacing the furnace pressure switch. Determined mud daubber nest in the flue and down in the fan blades were also the problem and did a thorough job clearing everything and cleaning afterwards. He is a good representative to your company.

12/23/24 - Wesley was very professional and didn't mind that I stayed outside with him while he worked. He explained everything to me in advance, installed needed parts and did some preventative maintenance. 1/11/25 - Reese came out because my heating was tripping the breaker. He told me it was the compressor and was honest about replacing it. He arranged for Mike Pinner to come give me an estimate on a new unit. Mike came by only a couple of hours later. He gave me a very good deal. And this was on a Saturday! 1/13/25 - Brandon Hall and Stewart were here early and installed the new unit, two new electric breakers and a new thermostat. They even cleaned up after themselves inside and outside. I'm very happy with the honesty and service provided by everyone. 1/2/26 - Reese came to do regular maintenance on my HVAC that was installed a year ago. The maintenance was complimentary the first year. He spent 2 hours making sure everything was working properly and cleaning the unit. I'm very happy with his thoroughness.

My air conditioning quit providing cold air and the pipes were freezing up. I called and had a person arrive the next day. By the time Jerry left, my unit was running correctly and efficiently. The cost was very reasonable and Jerry was a wonderful person. I cannot recommend this business enough.

Nick,Drew, Stewart and Alan from Artic Air left my home at 5:15 PM today. In one day they installed a new HVAC system including new ductwork all the while remaining polite, informative, neat and professional. Artic Air has and will be my first choice for my home care.
