We're here on vacation and showed up to our Airb&b with no working AC. Our Airb&b host got Artic air to come look. They worked diligently and made sure we got our ac up and running. Now we can continue to enjoy ourselves! Thanks Artic Air!!!

Eric with Artic Air was phenomenal. Not only did the poor guy wait for me to get home yesterday because the arrival window was kind of a big time frame. Prior to showing up he called me to lemme know he was close to arriving at my house. I was running behind and he said no worries, he was taking a quick lunch while waiting for me to arrive, just waiting in my drive way for me to show. I must have been within 5-10 miles from being back and I got called into work….

He rescheduled very abruptly. He assured me it was no worries and to “handle my affairs”. The same guy put me on his first stop today and was back in a jiffy the following day. Very courteous, patient, great sense of humor and the guy knows what he’s doing when it comes to AC’s or AC repair. If you’re in Putnam county and experiencing some climate control issues, I wouldn’t hesitate to pick up the phone and call Artic Air. Ask for Eric if he’s available. Super friendly and he was very efficient and thorough with his work too! 10/10 experience. Way to go Artic Air ❄️ ⛄️

Josh from Arctic air came out because our air conditioner had quit working. He was very professional, and courteous He took the time to explain everything that he was doing and gave us a lot of good advice on what to fix now and what could wait

The technician was very thorough and did a great job with our maintenance as usual.

Steve balkham was our representative. He came the next day early in the morning and repaired our air conditioner. He was very polite and friendly. He was knowledgeable and explained everything carefully to us. We purchased package service package so that hopefully this will not happen again. After a recent power outage, my AC stopped working, so I contacted Artic Air. Thankfully, they were able to provide same-day service and the issue was fixed. Their technician, J. Jensen, was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the problems in detail, along with preventative measures for future outages. I’d highly recommend them. 10/10!

Josh was amazing during our service call today. He was extremely thorough and took the time to explain everything in detail. He even went as far as to climb into our very hot attic to check our ductwork and insulation. I will request Josh for any future calls!

My toilet was leaking through the wax seal. Austin went above and beyond to address all previous issues and concerns. I would highly recommend Artic Air as they stand behind their work.

So We came home on one of the hottest days in FL and of course, our AC was not working. 85° inside. And even more frustrating, it is a brand new house, with brand new everything. But things happen and all we can do is deal with it. So I called Artic Air to get it fixed. Jim (our service tech), was able to get to us earlier than expected, he is very professional, friendly, and a pleasure to talk to. He got our AC fixed and cooling the house down very quickly, and the price was reasonable for the repair needed. If you are having trouble with your HVAC, I recommend Artic Air for sure. And maybe you'll be lucky and get Jim!!

On the firs service visit Stephen arrived on time, found the problem very quickly and advised he would need to order a replacement blower motor. The motor arrived early, he returned at the scheduled time and replaced the motor in short order and checked all systems were functioning correctly. As always he was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable and provided excellent service.

Last night- MY landlord, came up and told me that the AC was out and it was Sunday night. We made do through the night and at 0800 - he called Artic Air. He was told that someone would be here between 12-4. Well, Eric the technician was here around 13:15. He was friendly, assessed what was wrong, replaced out the compacitor, rechecked the house and reset the temperature. Eric was very polite, knowledge and got the job done. He was also very pleasant and didn't seem to mind that he had a 4-legged assistant follow him about. Duke the canine assistant was sad to see him go, but happy he could go and find a blowing air vent to cool down by. Thanks for the quick response and we appreciate the cool air.

I had the sad fortune of losing Randy as my guy but was thrilled with the service I received from Steve Kiener. This man is the most respectful and competent service tech I have ever had, bar none. I would be thrilled to have him as my serviceman for many years to come.

Sometimes you are lucky enough to find a company that performs exactly as advertised. Today I had such an experience.

I was in need of a company to service and maintain my heat pump as the company that installed my unit has since gone out of business. My neighbor refered me to Artic Air for they had installed his heat pump and done all the servicing since and he was very happy with the service provided.

Trusting my neighbor's judgment was the best move I have made in a very long time. On the day I called they were able to do my service. Randy was my technician and he was so incredible to work with I have requested they send him to do all my future heat pump servicing. Randy had no problem answering my stupid, layman questions. He was respectful of our needs and our property. He even wore shoe coverings every time he entered our house.

Bottom line, if you are in need of an HVAC expert or even an electrician, don't hesitate to call Artic Air Conditioning and Home Services.

Now for an update. I can't say it any other way. This company is the absolute best HVAC(and so much more) company I have ever worked with. Reese Taylor has been my tech for a full year now and I am so impressed with his knowledge and work ethic. Everyone I have dealt withers been very good at what they do but Reese takes it to a whole new level. I'd give him ten stars if I could!

We recently had our bi-annual HVAC maintenance performed on four office units, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service. Our technician, Reece, spent nearly 10 hours on-site, constantly moving between floors, running up and down stairs, and climbing ladders to access rooftop units. By the end of the day, he probably got more steps in than most fitness trackers can count.

Most importantly, he was thorough, professional, and determined to get everything working properly. He diagnosed and corrected several issues, cleared multiple clogged drain lines, and made sure all four systems were operating as they should before wrapping up.

It's refreshing to work with a company that takes the time to do the job right rather than rushing through a service call. We appreciate the hard work, attention to detail, and dedication shown throughout the day. Highly recommend for anyone looking for reliable HVAC service and maintenance.

Stephen Balkcom arrived as scheduled to review our concerns about our one-year-old upstairs system not cooling. He first verified the outside unit was operating properly, which it is. He then had to access the attic to assess the situation up there. Mind you, it's at least 100 degrees up there! Stephen took several photos as part of his investigation and showed them to us to corroborate his findings. The duct work is in terrible shape; portions are completely or almost completely collapsed. After contact with the office he went back into the oven (attic) and initiated 'temporary' repairs. Honestly, it looks like they are permanent. Meanwhile, Stephen had requested Travis to come out and discuss duct replacement and costs. In short...Stephen spent approximately 2+ hours investigating and 'repairing' the ducts. I felt so bad for him because of the incredible heat. HOWEVER, Stephen never complained; provided top-notch courtesy and above-and-beyond professionalism. Many thanks for sending Stephen Balkcom to our residence.

Josh, came out promptly and on time; performed adequate and timely maintenance. He performed his job and remained respectful to my home. Leaving me informed and satisfied.

We had Artic out today to get our AC cooling here in Shearwater/ St Augustine. The system was not turning on do to an electrical issue from construction it appears. John (electrician) arrived within 2 hours of us calling & diagnosed the issue. John & his teammate Shawn took the time to explain things & Artic even followed up with Jordan from the AC department to verify everything was working properly.
Highly recommend the Artic team if you have issues from construction or even want to upgrade things from the cheap builder items we have in our homes. Very impressed with their quick arrival & the communication from their office.
I know who to call now if we have Electrical, Plumbing, AC issues.

Several breakers were partially tripped after a recent storm, leaving my refrigerator, washer, dryer, and hot water heater without power. I called ARTIC Air, and even though their team was tied up on a large job, they sent Brandon out quickly to take a look.

Brandon was very nice, courteous, and professional. He wore booties in the house, was thorough in making sure everything was working properly, and took the time to explain what happened. He also recommended improvements like whole-home surge protection and replacing some older breakers.

I really appreciated the quick response and great service. I would definitely recommend ARTIC Air and Brandon.

The technician came to fix our air conditioning unit that wasn't cooling properly. He was able to find the problem quickly and get the house cool again. He did an excellent job in a short amount of time. Very knowledgeable.

Update 7-6: we had our kitchen sink drain stop draining first thing. Called AA and within a few minutes was on the schedule. Austin arrived shortly afterward. The repair was done fairly quickly and actually led to an improvement in how future drain pipe clean outs can be done. Austin’s work for us was was professional and helpful to us. He worked with us to get estimates on two future jobs thank you Austin and Arctic Air. Certainly deserves a 5 star.

Update: 3-13-26: Google reviews seem to be kinda bizarre - it keeps linking me back to my older ones rather than allowing me to write a new one. So I'll just update
Last week Plumber Bill from Arctic Aire came to put in new water service lines and drain to a utility sink we needed in our wash room and connect our water supply to an outside hose line faucet along with a cutoff.He did a great job on both tasks. We have an older house so there are going to be lots of historical 'innovations' to the utility services. He had studied the area when he gave us our estimate for the job and came prepared for the install. When he was done the sink (stainless steel) was tested for leaks and smooth drainage worked well. As a bonus the sink was also much more sturdy. The outside faucet install was a little tricky to get new cutoff a junction to the supply line and routing the piping from the pump house to the faucet piping. He put it all together with the need to be able to drain the water from the lines during our mercifully brief winter freezes. Works great.
So couldn't be happier with the work he did for us. Professional, courteous and worked with us during the planning stages.

Update 9-16-25:: as you might guess with all these updates our home is an older one and had a number of issues when we bought it that we are now addressing. Alan and Stewart from Artic Air came to replace our a/c and air handler. The units we had had significant issues and were old enough to make doing repairs like slapping a bandaid over a serious wound. The removal of the old equipment and installation of the new went smoothly and efficiently. Both techs were very pleasant and competent, and we are very pleased with the results. We also had fiberglass insulation blown in over our existing attic batting to increase the R-level. Thank you Artic Air! My 5-star rating is unchanged.

Updated 8-27-26: Steve Kiener a maintenance technician for attic air came to inspect our AC unit. He was very thorough in his examination of a 12 year old system and we had a very good conversation of his findings. Needless to say much needs to be done. He even found a small leak in a nearby gas line and made arrangements for the gas company to come out the same day! We are very satisfied with his visit and recommend him and the company highly.

Richard D. And Brandon replaced the electrical panel in our house which was out-dated and had a number of ‘problems’. They were on time when they arrived and were done by five. The work done was done professionally and courteously. They did not hesitate in answering our questions or addressing our concerns. Richard was the person sent out initially to look at our system and it made the job flow better because of his prior visit. There are other things that need to be done in the next two days of the job but I have every confidence it will be done correctly and to our satisfaction.

Artic Air responded within an hour of my call on a Saturday. Eric Allen, the technician was very knowledgable and thorough giving the indoor and outdoor units a complete assessment. He figured out what was wrong and was very good at explaining to me exactly what the problem was and what repair was needed on each unit. The repairs consisted of replacing both the capacitors and installing a surge protector on the outdoor unit voltage circuit to help prevent damage from electrical spikes which may have been the cause of my problem given the electrical storm that passed through Palm Coast. The system was repaired and now is running fine. Also let me know about the drain outside that runs underground, cleared it and added water. Took a while to start dripping. Something to take note of. All in all I was pleased with the service that was provided to me by Eric Allen of Artic Air. As far as the price goes, from what I looked up on line, the cost seemed reasonable.

Our technician was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He explained the issue and corrected the problem. We appreciate his attention and commitment to getting our air conditioning up and running quickly.

After having another company come in to replace my water system, it looked like a maze of pips and leaked. This did not worked like it was supposed to. I think this company’s pick up a body off the streets to fill the spot.

Artic Air came in and fixed it, very professional down to earth and they know what they are doing, which is a A++, #1 in my book. Austin is my technician. Very professional and I am keeping him.

Casey was awesome provided requested AC maintenance and a complete list of repairs needed now and would be needed in the future as well as wish list extras. No pressure. He was really knowledgeable about AC preventative care. The very inexpensive yearly maintenance plan is a deal and a must have unless you enjoy paying $ every time you initiate a service call. Oh and Casey also gave me a little tree tip 🤣

We had two excellent technicians come and inspect last Wednesday and today clean, repair, and replace parts. Both were timely, communative, efficient, and hardworking, giving good explanations of what was needed to be done and what work they'd completed. They answered our questions, explained how we could save money moving forward, and essentially put our central AC unit in good working order. We are always hesitant to trust companies coming to our home, but now we fully trust Arctic Air. Thank you guys.

This appointment was our 6 months maintenance and the technician found an issue with our heat. We had not used the heat yet so we are grateful he discovered it before it was needed.

Our A/C wasn’t keeping up with the heat. Turning on our oven to roast kept raised the temperature 5 degrees in the house for the rest of the day. So, we called and they sent Eric the next morning. He had everything cleaned and fixed up for us in about an hour. Thank you Eric!!
