We had excellent service with Artic Air. Our service technician, Chris T. went above and beyond in our maintenance service. He took the time to explain everything so we felt comfortable. We would highly recommend this company. We had our second maintenance for our heat pump & AC. In addition, we had a smart programmable thermostat installed by Josh Jensen who did a thorough and fantastic job setting up the thermostat. Josh arrived on time and did the maintenance. Everything was explained so we know how the smart thermostat works. Again great experience and highly recommend this company!

Peter did an awesome job servicing our A/C unit. He explained everything he was doing excellently. He also installed items that would our air quality and protect our unit from surges and electrical spikes.

Brandon Wallace was efficient and thorough with his assessment of our electrical system. He recommended just 4 minor items that needed attention for safety. The cost to fix these items was very reasonable. We agreed to have these items fix and he did a wonderful job.

Chris T. is an outstanding technician. He went above and beyond to thoroughly explain everything, provide education, and deliver truly comprehensive service. I’m so grateful for the included one-year maintenance visit with the A/C I purchased—it allowed me to address issues I wouldn’t have known about before they turned into costly problems. Everything was taken care of, and I felt confident enough to sign up for a maintenance plan. Excellent service all around!

Very professional. I have many houses in the area. I do a lot of work to them. I work with a lot of different contractors. This is about as good as it gets here in Palatka. I appreciate the good work and your honesty Josh.

We decided to replace our 19 year-old air conditioner before it broke. Travis came to assess our system for replacement, was very thorough and knowledgeable with his assessment (climbed under house too) and made good suggestions. Robert and Stewart were our installers. All were courteous, answered our questions, took care to not walk in our home with shoes, shook hands and knew us by first name. Artic Air impressed us with sending a notification with picture of who the installers and people were coming to our home before they arrived. Communications were excellent! We signed a contract and did not pay until the job was finished. The job was completed in less than half a day and we are very happy with the experience!

We had an issue with our A/C not cooling as efficient has it could have. Our Artic Air tech came out on time and figured out we were low on Freon . To make sure thats was our only issue, he crawled underneath our house to rule out any duct work issues(which it wasn’t) The gold standard question is would we use this service again, and without question we hold!

Reese and Chris arrived on time for a biannual HVAC mini-split maintenance appointment. They were thorough, professional and very efficient. It was a pleasure working with them.

I want to thank Chris Tyson from Arctic Air for coming out 4/20/2026 for a scheduled maintenance call. He was very thorough in checking/testing our thermostat, both air intakes as well as the actual AC unit. He was professional, informative about certain issues that need to be resolved and friendly too.

Our technician, Chris, alerted us that he was so many minutes out and showed up at that time. He was very courteous, professional and efficient. Tay and Ryan arrived to pump out the septic tank at my new house and did a superb job. They explained what they were doing, answering any of my questions and provided worthwhile advice. Artic Air is lucky to have these conscientious, customer service oriented guys on their team.

Apr 2026 - Chris T did my maintenance and as always professional. Unfortunately only after 2 months the uv light is broke again and now the air filter is broke also. But they are working on getting it fixed. Never had an issue with this company. They are the BEST!! Feb. 2026 - Chris T was professional and knowledgeable and did an awesome job fixing the light in my system. I’ve always have a great experience. 2023 - I hired this company a year ago for my a/c needs. They were professional and did a great job. They came out a year later to check my system. Again, professional and respectful.

Chris worked diligently to service both of our A/C units and explained any deficiencies that our equipment had. He was polite, courteous and also explained our membership benefits along with scheduling a future service and an estimate appointment for some additional work. 3/18/2026. Peter Strickland was the technician who came to replace a capacitor and filters that needed replacing. Very nice young man. Arrived on time and took care of what needed to be done. Great experience. 2/19/2026. Big shout to Erica in the Artic Air office. I have been talking to her for many years now scheduling maintenance and repair work. She has always been so helpful and taken care whatever needed to be done. Today, she found a solution for a problem I was having getting the filters my units use and saved me a bunch of money in the process. Thank you so much! I just had to replace my 44-year-old air conditioning unit. Friends recommended ARTIC Air. The technicians arrived slightly ahead of schedule, wore shoe covers to avoid tracking dirt into the house, and carried out the—not exactly simple—job with great diligence, expertise, and professionalism. Their extremely courteous and friendly demeanor was particularly noteworthy. Should I ever need further work done on my A/C, I would specifically like to be served by Rob and Drew again. Our technician today was Chris T. He did a fantastic job. Not only was he skilled and kept us in the loop the whole time, he was polite and pleasant. This was a checkup on a brand new HVAC that Artic installed about a month ago. On both occasions it was a pleasure to meet the techs and we saw what a great job they all did. In the future we will ask for Christ T. for sure!! We highly recommend Artic.

Update 3-13-26: Google reviews seem to be kinda bizarre - it keeps linking me back to my older ones rather than allowing me to write a new one. So I'll just update Last week Plumber Bill from Arctic Aire came to put in new water service lines and drain to a utility sink we needed in our wash room and connect our water supply to an outside hose line faucet along with a cutoff.He did a great job on both tasks. We have an older house so there are going to be lots of historical 'innovations' to the utility services. He had studied the area when he gave us our estimate for the job and came prepared for the install. When he was done the sink (stainless steel) was tested for leaks and smooth drainage worked well. As a bonus the sink was also much more sturdy. The outside faucet install was a little tricky to get new cutoff a junction to the supply line and routing the piping from the pump house to the faucet piping. He put it all together with the need to be able to drain the water from the lines during our mercifully brief winter freezes. Works great. So couldn't be happier with the work he did for us. Professional, courteous and worked with us during the planning stages. Update 9-16-25:: as you might guess with all these updates our home is an older one and had a number of issues when we bought it that we are now addressing. Alan and Stewart from Artic Air came to replace our a/c and air handler. The units we had had significant issues and were old enough to make doing repairs like slapping a bandaid over a serious wound. The removal of the old equipment and installation of the new went smoothly and efficiently. Both techs were very pleasant and competent, and we are very pleased with the results. We also had fiberglass insulation blown in over our existing attic batting to increase the R-level. Thank you Artic Air! My 5-star rating is unchanged. Updated 8-27-26: Steve Kiener a maintenance technician for attic air came to inspect our AC unit. He was very thorough in his examination of a 12 year old system and we had a very good conversation of his findings. Needless to say much needs to be done. He even found a small leak in a nearby gas line and made arrangements for the gas company to come out the same day! We are very satisfied with his visit and recommend him and the company highly. Richard D. And Brandon replaced the electrical panel in our house which was out-dated and had a number of ‘problems’. They were on time when they arrived and were done by five. The work done was done professionally and courteously. They did not hesitate in answering our questions or addressing our concerns. Richard was the person sent out initially to look at our system and it made the job flow better because of his prior visit. There are other things that need to be done in the next two days of the job but I have every confidence it will be done correctly and to our satisfaction.

The service that was provided for my HVAC system was the most thorough and comprehensive I have ever had. Having lived in Florida most of my life, I am quite familiar with the need for home A/C. The technician that serviced my system was the absolute best that I have experienced. Mike was very knowledgeable and professional, without a doubt the BEST maintenance service ever. Peter provided great service with my A/C system. Checking the outside and inside components. Arrived on time and was very efficient. Recommend him without hesitation!

My tech was Casey Pitts. I can’t give him enough praise. I have always asked for Casey for the past several years. He’s always punctual, he’s polite, always does an excellent job. I can’t say enough good things about him and I’m glad that I’m now with Arctic air. I think this company is the right fit for me and my family and will be using them for all my needs in the future. Thankfully, Casey found an issue that needed to be addressed and has already reached out and the part has been ordered. Hopefully everything will be finished within a week ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ So glad that I did have my maintenance check done. Casey found an issue with the unit and luckily it was covered under warranty was able to order the parts and come back within a week and install new parts. Working properly now. Also brought to my attention that he heard water outside and found that a pipe was leaking to the irrigation system. Unfortunately, your plumbing department isn’t ready yet, I needed you desperately, but was able to get that fixed so he was a real godsend. Who knows how long it would’ve been spraying water if he had not been outside doing his job. So glad I am now with Arctic Air. Hopefully in the near future, I will be able to reach out to you for all my a/c, electric and plumbing needs. Again, Casey gets five ⭐️ plus, for being so attentive and helpful. He’s the best!! March 2026 Had my second maintenance visit for the year. Casey Pitts, my tech arrived on time and did a wonderful job. Always has my best interests in mind. And did recommend several add ons to the unit. He’s a great addition to your team and the reason I changed to Arctic Air. So glad to hear you now offer plumbing and electrical. You will be my one stop shop from now on. As always it’s a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+ experience.

Semi-annual HVAC maintenance was performed by Chis T. We have had Chris previously at our home and have always been pleased. Steve Kiener came to do annual maintenance on our package unit AC and our mini-split system today. Steve is personable. He's clear in his communication, gives great explanations, and answers any questions you have. I feel confident in the condition of both units after the maintenance was completed.

There are not enough words to express my pleasure and satisfaction with the work these two gentlemen did. I watched them put in 110% for what was a simple pump out and turned out to be a clog. They didn’t charge me for the services we didn’t use and they were affordable and fast! These are my go to guys and I highly suggest them to anyone!

Per my husband Nick’s review, he is not handy. And that’s okay! That’s not why I married him. Thankfully, Artic helps keep our home running smoothly whenever we need them. Their entire team is professional, kind, and genuinely a pleasure to work with—they make what’s usually a stressful, inconvenient process feel easy. The technicians have always been extremely communicative about timing and next steps, and consistently respectful in our home. As someone who sometimes manages appointments on my own, that level of professionalism and courtesy truly matters and does not go unnoticed. 11/10 recommend.

Plumbing repair was straightforward and reasonably priced.

My wife and I just bought a home and needed to service the new HVAC system. Artic Air helped us diagnose what was needed and educated us new homeowners on AC systems. Everything works so much better after Artic air came in. I could not recommend them more!!
