We had excellent service with Artic Air. Our service technician, Chris T. went above and beyond in our maintenance service. He took the time to explain everything so we felt comfortable. We would highly recommend this company. We had our second maintenance for our heat pump & AC. In addition, we had a smart programmable thermostat installed by Josh Jensen who did a thorough and fantastic job setting up the thermostat. Josh arrived on time and did the maintenance. Everything was explained so we know how the smart thermostat works. Again great experience and highly recommend this company!

Peter did an awesome job servicing our A/C unit. He explained everything he was doing excellently. He also installed items that would our air quality and protect our unit from surges and electrical spikes.

Brandon Wallace was efficient and thorough with his assessment of our electrical system. He recommended just 4 minor items that needed attention for safety. The cost to fix these items was very reasonable. We agreed to have these items fix and he did a wonderful job.

Chris T. is an outstanding technician. He went above and beyond to thoroughly explain everything, provide education, and deliver truly comprehensive service. I’m so grateful for the included one-year maintenance visit with the A/C I purchased—it allowed me to address issues I wouldn’t have known about before they turned into costly problems. Everything was taken care of, and I felt confident enough to sign up for a maintenance plan. Excellent service all around!

Very professional. I have many houses in the area. I do a lot of work to them. I work with a lot of different contractors. This is about as good as it gets here in Palatka. I appreciate the good work and your honesty Josh.

We decided to replace our 19 year-old air conditioner before it broke. Travis came to assess our system for replacement, was very thorough and knowledgeable with his assessment (climbed under house too) and made good suggestions. Robert and Stewart were our installers. All were courteous, answered our questions, took care to not walk in our home with shoes, shook hands and knew us by first name. Artic Air impressed us with sending a notification with picture of who the installers and people were coming to our home before they arrived. Communications were excellent! We signed a contract and did not pay until the job was finished. The job was completed in less than half a day and we are very happy with the experience!

Had my unit regular maintance svc. Reece was great. He informed every step,made suggestion. Very friendly and set my next appointment up. Informed of new svc being offered now through Artic Air.

Tay and Rayan did a fantastic job. Showed up within a couple of hours. Got my septic going and removed a clog. Fabulous couple of guys. They deserve all my praise. Definitely keepers.
